Welcome, I'm Sarah Huntting and my practice is based on the Feldenkrais® Method. I work with people who have entered middle age and are noticing changes in their posture and ability to move as easily as they once did. I help my clients learn new ways to move that feel safe, efficient and fluid, so they can return to the activities they love most and live life more fully with confidence and ease.
