    What is the Feldenkrais Method?

    Describing the Feldenkrais Method into a neat and tidy digestible bit can be challenging. I often end up over simplifying my response to make it relatable to the person I’m talking with. I’ll sometimes give them an example and demonstrate how the work can directly influence their everyday movements and activities. Even though my approach is direct and simple, I often walk away from these interactions feeling as though I’ve fallen short in my condensed and limited summary. However, in all honesty, it’s not a bad place to begin the conversation. The other way and far less savory approach I’ve used to describe the Feldenkrais Method often descends into an endless ramble.
